I was making a Musical Therapy/Disko playlist and when I got to B.W. I remembered THE GOOD GIRLS.

They seemed really cool. I used to see them before and after they became recording artists.

I have always been really strong on Sisterhood and Empowerment.

So when it comes to musik, I recently have been playing Shante' she is very pro self-empowerment for Black Girls.

Many of us suffer and the result is broken hearts and illegitimate (outside of marriage) or single-pairented children!

When you know your worth, it is impossible to allow ANYONE to mistreat you.

I wrote a poem called LOVE YOURSELF.
